2win (hereinafter referred to as “Supplier”) provides a limited warranty on all products for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase, provided that the product is used for its intended application and in accordance with the requirements set forth in the Installation and Operation Manual.

 

This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

 

 

This warranty covers product failures due to faulty materials or manufacturing workmanship, which will be repaired or replaced by the Supplier free of charge, as appropriate. Product failure must be inspected by the Supplier and confirmed to be due to a manufacturing or material defect.

 

 

1. Conditions of Use: The product must be used in accordance with the specifications and technical instructions provided by 2win. Any operation in violation of these provisions may void the warranty.

2. Installation Requirements: All products should be installed by qualified technicians in accordance with the Supplier’s installation instructions to ensure that the electrical connections and installation environment comply with relevant local codes.

3. Unauthorized Modifications: Any unauthorized modification, repair, or alteration of the product without the written consent of the Supplier will void the warranty.

4. Light Decay Description: Luminous flux decay of LED light sources is a normal phenomenon and is an inherent characteristic of LED products. The warranty does not cover the natural reduction of LED luminous flux unless the LED components fail by more than 30%.

 

 

Customers who wish to make a warranty claim should contact the Supplier in writing within 60 days of discovering the problem. The customer is required to provide relevant purchase information, including invoice number, product model, and quantity. The Supplier will analyze the issue to determine if it is covered under warranty and provide repair or replacement upon confirmation.

 

Returns are subject to the Supplier’s authorization, and return shipping costs are to be prepaid by the customer. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

 

 

The following conditions are not covered by the warranty:

 

– Damage due to improper installation, operation, or maintenance.

– Damage to the product due to force majeure, accidents, or natural disasters (e.g., lightning strikes, floods, fires, etc.).

– Damage to the product due to power supply issues (e.g., voltage fluctuations, surges, or short circuits).

– Failure due to an environment outside of the product’s rated range (e.g., extreme temperatures, humidity, corrosive environments, etc.).

– Product failure due to third-party products or components (not supplied by the Supplier).

– Product labels or serial numbers that have been altered, damaged, or removed.

 

 

1. Repair or Replacement: The Supplier’s liability is limited to repairing or replacing products with manufacturing defects and does not extend the original warranty period. The Supplier reserves the right to provide an equivalent replacement product based on technology and product availability at the time.

2. Incidental Costs: The warranty does not cover disassembly, transportation, labor, or other costs associated with product failure.

3. Consequential Damages: The Supplier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of business, loss of profits, or loss of data, arising out of the failure of the product.

 

 

The total operating time of the product during the warranty period shall not exceed 20,000 hours, i.e., an average of 11 hours per day. The Supplier will not be liable if the product is used under operating conditions beyond those specified.

 

 

2win reserves the right to change the terms of this warranty at any time without notice. Any changes will be effective in the newly published terms and will apply to all products after the effective date of the change.
